Crimp and screw perfume pumps solve the same closure problem with different assembly, appearance and rework characteristics.
A crimped ferrule creates the classic sealed perfume finish and is difficult to open without damage. It requires matching neck dimensions, controlled crimp settings and inspection for deformation or leakage.
A threaded closure can simplify assembly and replacement, but torque, thread fit and tamper expectations must be managed. The visible collar and cap geometry may differ.
Neither is automatically superior. Choose after considering bottle availability, filling equipment, intended appearance, transport testing and whether the pack needs to be reopened. Test the exact bottle, pump, gasket and liquid combination.
