Compare perfume manufacturers with one written brief and one evidence checklist. Otherwise each supplier prices a different product and the lowest quotation wins only because it excludes more work.
Use the same concentration, bottle size, quantity, decoration, carton, inspection scope and Incoterm. Separate tooling and setup from recurring unit costs. Record what remains unconfirmed.
Ask who performs formulation, compounding, filling, decoration and export. Review real production media, sample quality, approval records and defect handling. A factory visit or live walkthrough should match the legal entity and process in the quotation.
Score communication too: a supplier that identifies compatibility, compliance or logistics risks before payment is often safer than one promising every requirement immediately.
