Before importing perfume from China, close the gaps between the sales contract, destination compliance and freight booking.
- Verify the supplier identity, manufacturing scope and approved specification.
- Assign the importer or Responsible Person and complete formula and label review.
- Approve fragrance, components, artwork and the finished pre-production sample.
- Confirm Incoterm, dangerous-goods route, insurance and destination charges.
- Prepare consistent invoice, packing list, marks and product information.
- Arrange inspection and define how defects are reported.
Use a customs broker and qualified regulatory adviser for the importing country. Factory documents support their work but do not transfer the buyer's market-entry responsibility.
