Perfume Bottle Decoration Methods: Printing, Coating and Foil

By AROMAMATRIX Project Team

Finished fine-fragrance products in varied bottle formats, relevant to perfume bottle decoration methods

Perfume bottle decoration should be selected by material, artwork, quantity and durability—not from a rendering alone.

Screen printing offers direct color and clean branding but has registration and color tolerances. Hot stamping adds metallic detail within suitable areas. Coating changes the whole glass appearance; gradients and opaque colors need physical approval. Frosting creates texture, while labels provide flexibility for short runs and detailed information.

Plan process combinations carefully

Every added operation creates handling, alignment and reject risk. Confirm decoration order, printable area, adhesion and resistance to rubbing or fragrance contact. Keep a signed physical sample and define acceptable variation under agreed lighting.

Artwork should use the decorator's dieline and process limits. Fine lines, tiny reversed text and colors crossing sharp curves may not reproduce like a screen design.
