A perfume quality control checklist should connect each risk to an observable result and an approved reference.
Check fragrance/formula identity, appearance, material lots, fill quantity and batch coding. Record deviations.
Inspect crimp or torque, spray, priming, leakage, cap retention and visible assembly gaps using representative units.
Compare color, print position, labels, scent-artwork matching, carton assembly and case quantities with approved samples and artwork.
Define critical, major and cosmetic defects, sampling method and release authority before production. Keep retained samples and records for complaint investigation and repeat-order comparison.
