SDS, COA and IFRA documents answer different questions. Asking for “all certificates” can leave a buyer with many files but no evidence tied to the approved product.

SDS
Communicates hazard, handling, storage and transport-related information for a material or product. It is not a quality release certificate.
COA
Reports specified results or conformity for an identified batch or material, depending on the issuer's specification.
IFRA Certificate of Conformity
Is issued by the fragrance-mixture supplier for an intended use category; IFRA itself does not issue it.

Match every document to the exact product or fragrance reference, issuer, revision and intended use. None of these alone proves that the finished perfume may be sold in a destination market.
