Small batch perfume manufacturing is feasible when the project accepts standardization. The production line may handle a short run, but packaging suppliers still need economical quantities.
Use stock bottles, pumps and caps; prefer labels or simple printing; share one package across scents. Avoid new molds and finishes that require long setup or high rejects. Smaller runs may cost more per unit because sampling, line setup and inspection remain necessary.
AROMAMATRIX normally starts suitable private-label projects at 500 pieces and customized fragrance projects at 1,000 pieces. Below 500 pieces can be reviewed through WhatsApp, without a guarantee. Feasibility depends on formula, available components, artwork and supplied materials.
A pilot is most valuable when it tests demand with a product that can later be repeated—not when it creates a one-off package that cannot be sourced again.
