A perfume filling service converts bulk liquid and packaging components into saleable units. Buyers supplying their own formula or materials need much more than a price per fill: the factory needs compatible components, traceable materials and clear release criteria.
Provide bottle and neck drawings, pump specification, target fill, liquid information, component quantities and finished-pack assembly instructions. State whether the service includes crimping or torque, collar and cap fitting, coding, labeling, boxing, cellophane and export cartons.
Supplied quantities should include an agreed allowance for setup, testing, cosmetic defects and damage. Define who pays when a customer-supplied pump does not fit or a bottle tolerance causes leakage. A small trial can reveal issues before the full shipment reaches the line.
Agree fill tolerance, spray check, closure check, appearance standard, coding position and packing count. Keep material lot references and finished batch records. Without these, a filling service may complete the physical work but leave the buyer unable to investigate a later complaint.
